Seasonal decor seems to pop up earlier and earlier each year. While some are still soaking up the last of summer – which doesn't technically end until Sept. 22 – others have gone into full fall mode.
With people racing to drag skeletons out of their closets (literally) and the internet ablaze with trending terms like "Summerween" and "Pinkoween," I fear we're jumping straight into spooky season and bypassing fall.
Don't get me wrong, I love Halloween, but when it comes to autumn, I'm less of a carved pumpkin, haunted house kind of gal and more of a pumpkin spice, autumn leaves type. And yes, there is a massive distinction between fall decor and Halloween decor.
If like me you're looking for fall decor minus the spooky touches, you've come to the right place. I've rounded up tons of fall decor ideas that have nothing to do with Halloween!
The best non-Halloween fall decor can be kept up from September to Thanksgiving, and provides all the autumnal vibes.
Non-spooky fall decor is harvest-inspired and incorporates fall colors like rustic orange, mustard yellow, and forest green. I'm talking a wreath adorned with autumn leaves or an assortment of cute pumpkins arranged on a porch! Nothing ghostly or witchy!
For a maximum cozy fall vibes, you can even bring beautiful fall foliage indoors. String a garland with leaves and mini pumpkins, or arrange some sweet little toadstools on plaid table runner for a fun centerpiece.
Nothing says autumn more than lighting a pumpkin or cinnamon scented candle, cuddling up with a cozy blanket (bonus points if it's orange), and turning on some fairy lights. You can shop my favorite options below.
Want something more neutral? Opt for white pumpkin accents. I've even found a wreath featuring burlap and black and white gingham accents.
It's never too early to start decorating for the fall season. Especially when the fall decor is as cute as what I've found below -- without a drop of anything spooky.
Shop the best fall decor that has nothing to do with Halloween.
